We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. All items in SALE section and all smoking devices, underwear and earrings are final sale. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused, unworn in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Customers must email us within the 14-day return window to receive a return authorization before shipping back. Goods must be received back at our store within 14 days of the RA number being issued to be eligible for exchange or credit. Items received without an RA or outside the return window may be refused and/or returned to sender at the customer’s expense. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our store. North of West is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier.



If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please contact our Shipping Department via email within five days. We will handle the claim with the shipping carrier and arrange sending a replacement out to you free of charge as soon as possible. Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified. Occasionally (especially for larger orders) the shipping carrier will want to collect and inspect the damage prior to approving a claim. 




Items ship within 48 hours, with few exceptions. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships. Please call us if your purchase is time-sensitive. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options over the phone. 

Locally, store pickup is available free of charge. Please select that option on the shipping page at checkout and we will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up at our store. We will hold purchased product in our studio for 30 days before we consider it abandoned.

North of West is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. 

Domestic Shipping

Orders shipping to addresses within the United States are sent out USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or Fedex Ground depending on the item. 

International Shipping

International shipping options will become available after 1/1/16.
