Returns & Exchanges
Returns on items purchased in store will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Clearance items are final sale (no return or exchange).
We understand that trying on clothing is essential. We gladly issue refunds of clothing received back to us within 10 days of delivery in their original, unused or unworn condition. Please keep in mind that clothing items purchased at a discount of greater than 30% are final sale. Clothing items considered final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For all non-clothing items we accept returns for store credit if the goods are received back to us within 10 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
WAREHOUSE SALE ORDERS
All orders placed during our warehouse sales (online and Portland events) are final sale. Items sold as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. No price adjustments will be given on previous purchases during the warehouse sale.
For returns and exchanges please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return or exchange. Please include the following your email:
1. Your name and order number
2. Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
3. Reason for return/exchange
4. Item you'd like to exchange for (if exchanging)
Once we have confirmed your return we will send you the address to send your return to.
*Please note that your return must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of delivery to be eligible for return.
*If exchanging, please let us know what you would like instead so we can reserve the new item for you. The customer will pay for return shipping, but we ship the new item to you at no charge.
*Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All items in the SALE section and all smoking devices, underwear and earrings are final sale. North of West is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping.
North of West is not responsible for replacing orders stolen or lost after delivery. We ask that you provide a safe delivery address and communicate your specific delivery needs with us and your local carrier. Once an item shows as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to acquire additional information about your package. We are able to provide delivery service with signature confirmation for an additional fee, please communicate that need at checkout.
