Returns & Exchanges

 

ONLINE ORDERS

We understand that trying on clothing is essential. We gladly issue refunds for eligible orders of clothing received back to us within 10 days of delivery in their original, unused or unworn condition. Please keep in mind that clothing items purchased online at a combined discount of 30% off or greater are final sale (no return or exchange).

For all non-clothing items we accept returns for store credit if the goods are received back to us within 10 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. 

WAREHOUSE SALE ORDERS

All orders placed during our warehouse sales (online and Portland events) are final sale. No exceptions. Items sold as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, so please double check your order before checking out. No price adjustments will be given on previous purchases during the warehouse sale. Discount codes can not be applied to orders during warehouse sales.  

IN-PERSON ORDERS

Returns on items purchased in person (at events or our Portland showroom) will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Clearance markdowns are final sale (no return or exchange). 

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

For returns and exchanges please email hello@shopnorthofwest.com to initiate your return or exchange. Please include the following your email:

1. Your name and order number

2. Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

3. Reason for return/exchange

4. Item you'd like to exchange for (if exchanging)

Once we have confirmed your return we will send you the address to send your return to.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

*Your return must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of delivery to be eligible for return.

*If exchanging, please let us know what you would like instead so we can reserve the new item for you. The customer will pay for return shipping, but we ship the new item to you at no charge.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*All items in the SALE section and all smoking devices, underwear, earrings, personal fragrance and apothecary items are final-sale.

*North of West is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping. 

*North of West is not responsible for replacing orders stolen or lost after delivery. We ask that you provide a safe delivery address and communicate your specific delivery needs with us and your local carrier.

*Once an item shows as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to acquire additional information about your package. We are able to provide delivery service with signature confirmation for an additional fee, please communicate that need at checkout.
