SHIPPING OVERVIEW:
Please note: We’re taking extra safety precautions due to COVID-19 and your order may take a few extra days or up to a week to process and ship. During large sales and promotions, your order may take up to 2 weeks to process and ship. We’re a really small team and there’s usually only one or two people processing and shipping all the orders. Thank you for understanding!
We currently offer $5 flat rate on orders under $50, and $10 flat-rate shipping on all other domestic orders. International orders ship for $20 flat-rate. Once your order is shipped we will e-mail a tracking number. If your purchase is time-sensitive we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email us at hello@shopnorthofwest.com for special shipping requests.
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you're local, or visiting Portland, in-person pickup is available free of charge at our warehouse in North Portland. Please choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will send you an email when your order is ready.
Please note: Local Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 11-4. We will send you a notification as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES:
North of West is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier.
