Our new olive oil hails from the sun-drenched, semi-arid landscapes of Tunisia where olive groves cover about 1/3 of its land and nearly half of its agricultural exports are derived from this ancient fruit.  100% Organic, Extra Virgin and harvested by women; varietals include the Chemlali and Chetoui – these olives are rich in antioxidant polyphenols and yield a smooth, versatile oil that is low in acidity. 375ml tin (12.9 oz), with tasting notes of almond and artichoke with a peppery finish.
