1. Seasonal Posters by Young America Creative
Designed by two architects, each of Brian and Meghan's three posters: Fruits & Veggies, Seasonal Fish, and California Native Wildflower, provide a detailed list of the specimens that are in season each month according to local farmers, commercial fishing laws, and seasonal harvest guides. All are based in the Bay Area of California and spanning from Alaska to the border of Mexico. Each poster is foil pressed on natural recycled chipboard and printed on a 50-year-old Kluge press by The Ligature in Berkeley, CA.
2. Pillows by Nell & Mary
One of our three house brands, Nell & Mary's square and lumbar pillows are more than just a versatile pattern that will liven up any room. They are playful art, screen printed by hand and sewn in their micro-factory in Portland, Oregon. Each pillow is printed on 100% organic, cotton canvas, all milled and sourced in the USA. The growing company, owned by sisters Leah & Krista, also makes the vibrant tea towels show above, dressing up any area of the home and kitchen!
3. Ceramics by Pigeon Toe Ceramics
Pigeon Toe Ceramics, the second of our three house brands, feature hand-thrown porcelain pieces developed with thoughtful details, elevating each thrown object from an everyday utility to a statement piece. Their Horn Handle Jar is known for its hand-sculpted, tusk-like handle wrapped in a translucent grey silicone rubber cord. While their wide, softly curving, hand-thrown porcelain platter features bold circular handles wrapped in a semi-translucent gray silicone rubber cord. Each piece is thrown and glazed using their hand mixed glazes in sister's, Lisa and Sam's, North Portland studio.
